General clerical receptionist responsibilities
Answering and screening incoming telephone calls
Assist with distribution of daily mail, running campus wide errands
Filing various types of documents
Typing and Xeroxing
Assisting students, staff, faculty, administration and general public
Other duties as assigned
- General office experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to navigate web and Canvas
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish cooperative working relationships
Evenings and Saturday mornings may be required.
