Working under a learning college philosophy (http://www.estrellamountain.edu/learning-college) and placing learning first anyway, anyplace, anytime. The person in this position will provide a variety of support services via an internship in the Science Laboratories. The federal work study student will assist with the everyday running and maintenance of the biology, engineering, physics, geology or chemistry labs. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the vision of the college and the science departments. This opportunity could be paid from a variety of different areas such as Federal Work Study or scholarships, this will be relayed during the interview process.
Hours: Depending on students' availability up to 25 hours a week
This opportunity is only available to Estrella Mountain Community College students.
