The local independently owned and operated affiliate, Criterium-Kessler Engineers, is a veteranowned business currently seeking to fill the position of Senior Engineer with an AZ licensed professional engineer who is outgoing, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work directly with professional engineers to meet a variety of inspection and consulting design needs 
  • Work with business to learn the various tools needed to complete designs 
  • Work with clients and be able to communicate well with others 
Minimum Requirements: 
  • Must be a current EMCC student 
  • Have and maintain a 2.5 GPA
  • Must be studying or interested in pursuing a drafting career or working towards a degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering 
  • Have interest in buildings, facilities, and the multitude of structural, electrical, mechanical, and physical elements that comprise buildings
  • Have general CAD/Drafting experience (including AutoDesk, AutoCAD, or AutoCAD Lite) 
  • Able to work efficiently in a team or independently 
  • Strong ethics
  • Attention to detail & professionalism are of utmost importance 
  • Able to follow detailed processes and direction 
  • Proven self-starter
  • Able to multitask and work in a face paced, dynamic environment 
  • Ability to remain objective and calm in any situation 
  • Willing to take initiative
