Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Terracon is now accepting applications for our paid internship program at our Avondale, AZ office!  This year we are seeking interns to work in our CAD department.  This internship will prove to be a life experience that you will look back on fondly for years, and you will learn CAD principles that will help to serve you throughout your career.  The successful candidate will be enrolled at least part-time at EMCC, have a basic knowledge of CAD design principles, familiar with plan reading, and have a G.P.A. of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Selected students will take part in an exciting, fun and meaningful work experience as the student/intern will be working along-side some of the brightest project management minds and state of the art technology in the geotechnical industry.  Our program features meaningful project work, real world CAD drawing exercises, as well as, professional office career development.  You will be assigned a leader/mentor with many years of experience in the project management field and our mentors will be there with you every step of the way through your internship helping to guide your development and answer questions.

Minimum Requirements: 
  • Current EMCC Student
  • Student have completed a minimum of 30 college units-Must be actively enrolled at least part-time at EMCC
  • Minimum G.P.A. overall 3.0 in a 4 point system
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
  • Flexible with your school schedule
