The Alaska Smokehouse BBQ is a New Food Truck and Event Vendor here in Maricopa County AZ. with an exciting opportunity to operate our Food Truck on the Pre-Game Plaza at the Arizona Cardinals football games, in the 63,000 seat State Farm Stadium. Once the gates are open, we will have a portable inside to continue sells of a limited stadium menu.
So if you are looking at an exciting, fun, fast pace day to perfect your culinary skills. This is it!

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Under the supervision of the Chef, the Lead Cook would assist in the

  • Prepping of sandwich toppings and garnishments on a limited menu featuring: Salmon Burgers, Crab Cakes and Reindeer Sausage Sandwiches.The Lead Cook will also utilize a flat top griddle as the main source for finish cooking.
Minimum Requirements: 
  • Must be a current EMCC student 
  • Must have reliable transporation 
  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Have a desire to be a leader
  • Will be given the opportunity to suggest creative choices
  • Must be able to work and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
  • Fast accurate cutting skills a plus
  • Must be able to stand and operate in a tight space for reasonable amount of time in this environment
