Avondale Elementary School District is seeking a college intern who will help with editing and publishing website updates. The intern will provide assistance to the community relations and technology departments.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with the website branding team and vendors to ensure accurate and timely distribution of web correspondence
  • Responds to tech support needs for the district and school sites in a timely manner
  • Provides positive district image for all visitors and personnel
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with employees, community members, and vendors
  • Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality
  • Sorts and prioritizes projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Other job-related duties as necessary for the assigned site or department  
Minimum Requirements: 
  • Must be currently a sophomore, junior or senior in college
  • HTML and coding knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience in website editing and management
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Working knowledge in web design
  • Ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines
